Ash McMullen is an eCommerce leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital growth across both agency and brand-side organizations. She currently serves as the VP of eCommerce at Advantice Health, a private equity owned consumer packaged goods (CPG) company behind well-known brands such as Kerasal, AmLactin, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, New-Skin, and Domeboro. At Advantice, Ash leads eCommerce strategy across Amazon and omnichannel marketplaces, leveraging her expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and operational excellence to deliver sustained double-digit growth.

Her career spans high-impact roles at agencies and healthcare companies, as well as more than a decade at 1amBeauty, a subsidiary of SpaSourceOnline, where she served as Vice President and VP of Sales—scaling revenue, expanding marketplace reach, and building long-term brand partnerships. Ash brings a unique cross-functional perspective shaped by her work in both high-growth startups and mature brand portfolios.
