Aurelia assumed the role of Director of Customer Experience at CarParts.com in July 2023, tasked with enhancing the comprehensive customer journey. Her responsibilities encompass the e-commerce experience, delivery, installation, and loyalty programs.
With a multifaceted background, Aurelia brings over 15 years of experience from Louis Vuitton, where she held roles in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and customer service. in CPG with Quest Nutrition, B2B sectors, technology startups, and nonprofit organizations. She earned her Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) in France, grounding her expertise in a solid technical education.
Residing in Los Angeles, Aurelia spends her leisure time hiking with her black German Shepherd and enjoys cooking with her family. Aurelia is an active member of the EllesCollective, the pioneering network for French businesswomen in the US, where she engages with and contributes to a community of like-minded professionals.
