Prior to joining Signifyd 4 years ago, Greg spent the last 20 years in ecommerce working with technologies focused on the pre-purchase side of the buyer journey. He specialized in creating partnerships to drive amazing customer experiences and customer attraction, retention, and growth for the world’s largest brands. Since joining Signifyd and shifting his focus towards the post-purchase funnel, Greg has realized how much of the investments in CX by merchants are lost in the payments layer due to a lack of investment and a mismatch between successful payments and driving delightful experiences for consumers. The payments layer is the last major frontier for merchants as they seek to advance omni-channel efforts, drive new capabilities, and benefit from lifetime value due to happy consumers. Greg holds a Masters degree in Environmental Science (from a different life pre ecommerce) and lives just outside Boulder Colorado where he loves to be walked by his dog and play in the outdoors with his lovely wife and kids.
