At Forever 21 he launched an elevated brand experience, full omni capabilities, customer database to help personalize customer interactions and built out an internal marketing team–all of this had positive impact on the traffic and sales trend of the business. At Belk he launched full omni capabilities, relaunched an elevated brand experience, transformed marketing spend to maximize omni sales and recruit younger customers–all of this helped grow the digital business from $400M to over $1B in annual sales in four years. He also helped Groupon, Aeropostale and Overstock.com to grow and optimize their businesses. In his free time, he loves to cheer his kids on in sports, to spend time in the outdoors, and is a pull-up enthusiast.
