Nathan oversees digital commerce and customer engagement functions for all Hot Topic, Inc owned brands; including Hot Topic, Box Lunch and Her Universe. In this capacity, he is responsible for end to end digital customer experience from acquisition marketing, onsite experience, mobile application, to post purchase engagement. Nathan is a key leader in the digital transformation of a brand with over 700 stores to ensure the company will meet the increasing pace of customer expectations and technology advancement.

Prior to Hot Topic, Nathan served in senior management roles leading digital commerce for major life style fashion brands and retailers. His most recent tenures were with O’neill Surf Company and PacSun.
