With over 25 years at Road Runner Sports, Sapidah has ascended from a phone representative in the contact center to her current role as Vice President of Customer Experience. She is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative strategies and continuous improvement. Outside of her professional life, Sapidah has been a San Diego resident for over 40 years. She enjoys hiking in the region's scenic landscapes, creating engaging YouTube videos with her son, and embracing the present moment in her daily life.
